Lancer Skincare The Method: Nourish Moisturizing Cream Review

I have recently been trying out many different products from the Skincare brand Lancer.  I’ve used The Method Polish and Cleanser, the Radiance Awakening Mask, the Volume Enhancing Lip Serum and now The Method Nourish.   I’ve found them to be extremely hit or miss.   The Nourish has a decent formula that contains peptides, emollients, and antioxidants but the jar packaging allows these ingredients to degrade from the first time opening the jar…. and for $125 to $210 they should be packaging this in an airless jar!   If I’m spending this kind of money on a product is it too much to ask that they package this properly to protect these sensitive ingredients?

My skin just didn’t handle Nourish well.  After application it because feeling greasy and oily (I have dry skin) but does leave it feeling soft and hydrated after application. After the first few times I used it I did get a couple of breakouts, which isn’t normal for me. Then after going to look up the ingredients I learned they have a version for acne prone skin so that was good to learn. Even with my dry skin I think this is too emollient to use in the morning before makeup application because it does leave my skin with a slightly greasy texture.   Lancer also included fragrance but it does dissipate quickly thankfully and it did not bother me at all. I definitely wouldn’t spend $125 for this, I’d rather stick with my far less expensive Drunk Elephant LaLa Retro Whipped Cream and Protini Polypeptide Creams which are half the price and packaged in an airless jar.
