My Skincare Routine 2019 | Kat Albarn ♡

This is my personal skincare routine for 2019 and how I managed to clear my face from acne with help from drugstore products and medication from my GP, please note that this will not work from everybody because everybody’s acne and skin is different. My skin is oily and tends to be sensitive every now and then. I have suffered from my acne since I started puberty and my skin started to get really oily. I have experimenting with different products and medication and I have finally found these products that work for me. Best of luck! ♡

I have listed the products that I have used below, please be aware you can find similar products nearby or on different retailers’ websites for cheaper and for some of the products I am unable to find so you will probably will have to find an alternate version local to you.

POM: Stands for prescription only medication, if you get medication from your GP you can find this on the box of the medication that it comes in. This means you cannot get this medication unless your GP prescribes it to you.
GSL: Stands for general sales list, meaning you can purchase this medication from any drugstore without a prescription such as paracetamol.

Duac, 30mg topical medication – apply to whole entire face. (POM)
Lymecycline, 408mg capsules – antibiotics that cure acne, take with food. (POM)
Multivitamins, I use MinaVit but any multivitamin GSL tablets/capsules will work. (GSL)
