In your 30s this is where we begin to see the first signs of ageing. Using a targeted treatment of products to capture and safeguard youth is vital. This is where you should start introducing targeted serums into your routine.

Step 1: Cleanse
Choose a cleanser based on skin type and concern.
For a cleanser that suits all skin types and is gentle on the skin – Dragon’s Blood Cleansing Water http://www.rodial.co.uk/skincare/products/cleansers/dragon-s-blood-cleansing-water-4
Cleanser for dry skin – Stemcell Super-food Cleanser – http://www.rodial.co.uk/skincare/products/cleansers/stemcell-superfood-cleanser
Cleanser for brightening and treating pigmentation – Super Acids X-Treme Exfoliating Glycolic Cleanser – http://www.rodial.co.uk/skincare/products/cleansers/super-acids-x-treme-cleanser

Step 2: Apply A Targeted Serum
Select a serum based on what concern you have for your skin.
In this model’s case, her concerns are dryness and fine lines. Layering is a new highly effective skincare technique (more will be released in a future tutorial on what layering is all about) as it is the best way to tackle specific concerns you have for your skin.
In this tutorial we layer the Stemcell Super-food Facial Oil to treat dryness and then the Bee Venom Super Serum to target fine lines and wrinkles

Step 3: Apply a Day Cream With SPF
Always protect your skin with SPF to prevent damage to the skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays which ages the skin.
We recommend Stemcell Super-food Day Cream SPF15 – http://www.rodial.co.uk/skincare/products/moisturisers/stemcell-super-food-day-cream-sp15

Step 4: Apply Eye Cream
Apply the Bee Venom Eye to plump out lines and wrinkles around the eyes to tackle beginning signs of crows feet. Use a small pea sized amount of the product and dab around the orbital bone using your finger tip.

Step 5: Apply Night Cream
Use a night cream containing retinol. Retinol works whilst you sleep to help resurface and repair the skin, preventing and treating the visible signs of aging.
Recommended product: Dragon’s Blood Night Cream: http://www.rodial.co.uk/skincare/products/night-treatment/dragon-s-blood-hyaluronic-night-cream

Rodial Top Tip: One night a week, in addition to your daily routine, use a treatment mask or peel to target concerns and supercharge your regime.

This was a great tutorial and I wish I can afford all those skincare now that I am on my early 30’s. I have taken well care of my skin before but now I feel that I have neglected a bit. But I would love to take care of it soon and try some of your products 😉

I’ve heard such great things abut Rodial and this quick video was great! Skincare is so important. I’m 33 and wish I started caring more about my skin in my teenage years.

What do you recommend for more combination/oily skin. I’m in my thirties and have been more into skincare for the last three years, but still on the hunt for the perfect combination for me! Thank you for this video! I like how simple but informative it is! It’s definitely helpful!
